Emma is available for historical consultancy and publishing projects on all aspects of the horse in history. She has appeared on Countryfile and Escape to the Country, and is currently contributing as a warhorse expert to a documentary for the History Hit channel. She is also regularly invited to contribute to podcasts and other media projects.
Emma delivers talks and lectures on all aspects of the horse in history, from antiquity to the modern period. Topics include the medieval warhorse, equine care, and material culture. Talks can be tailored for academic, public, and specialist audiences
Emma also offers private online tuition in Classical Latin. Teaching is tailored to individual needs, whether for students, researchers, or independent learners.
